Hands-on UniFi deployment, installation oversight, and on-site support across the Greater Toronto Area. When physical work needs to be executed to architectural specification — by the same expert who designed it — that's deployment.
Toronto and the GTA only. Hands-on work demands proximity.
Designed and Deployed by the Same Hands
Most deployments fail in the gap between design and installation — when a network architected for one outcome gets installed by someone reading a different playbook. We close that gap by being the same team on both sides.
Every cable run, every AP mount, every switch port maps back to a documented design decision. No improvisation. No "good enough." No surprises six months later when the network starts misbehaving.
Deployment is execution with intent.
How We Deploy
1. Full Project Deployment
End-to-end UniFi deployment for commercial and enterprise clients. We run the entire project — from architectural design through commissioning and handoff.
- Site survey and RF validation before a single AP is mounted
- UniFi Network, Protect, Access, Talk, AV — full ecosystem installation
- Equipment procurement and staging with pre-configuration where possible
- Cable installation for small deployments — handled directly by our team
- Subtrade coordination for larger deployments — structured cabling, electrical, AV partners managed by us
- Commissioning, documentation, and client handoff with as-built diagrams
2. Subcontracting for Integrators & IT Firms
For integrators, IT companies, and AV firms that need a UniFi specialist on a project. White-label or co-branded — we work the way that protects your client relationship.
- UniFi-specific portions of larger projects — network, Protect, Access, Talk
- White-label deployment under your company name
- Design validation before your team installs
- Expert escalation when your installer hits something complex
- Per-project or ongoing partnership arrangements
3. Installation Oversight
Your installer is competent — but UniFi at scale is specialized. We supervise the installation, validate the work, and certify the final deployment.
- On-site supervision during critical installation phases
- Configuration review and remediation before go-live
- RF validation and performance testing against design specifications
- Documentation review and gap closure
- Final commissioning sign-off
4. Emergency & Break-Fix On-Site
Network down. Cameras offline. Doors not unlocking. When UniFi infrastructure fails and remote diagnostics aren't enough, we come on-site.
- Same-day or next-day response within the GTA
- On-site diagnostics when remote troubleshooting hits a wall
- Hardware replacement and reconfiguration
- Configuration recovery from failed firmware, lost controllers, or misconfiguration
- Post-incident review and prevention recommendations
Cabling & Subtrades
Cable infrastructure makes or breaks a UniFi deployment. We scale our approach to project size.
Small Deployments — We Install Cables
For offices, small commercial spaces, and projects with limited cable runs, our team handles cabling directly. Cat6/6A drops, patch panel termination, AP backhaul, and camera runs — installed clean, tested, and documented as part of the deployment.
One team. One quote. One point of accountability.
Larger Deployments — We Partner With Subtrades
For multi-floor offices, warehouses, hospitality, and any project requiring extensive cabling or specialized trade work, we coordinate with vetted subtrade partners:
- Structured cabling contractors — large-scale Cat6/6A runs, fiber backbone, riser work
- Electrical contractors — PoE+ budget planning, dedicated circuits, UPS sizing
- AV integrators — UniFi AV integration with existing audio systems
- Security integrators — UniFi Access and Protect integration with existing alarm systems
We manage the subtrade coordination so you don't have to. For integrators bringing us in on existing projects, we work within your trade relationships.
Coverage Area
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Deployment services are limited to the GTA and surrounding regions because hands-on work demands proximity — site visits, real-time problem-solving, and rapid response can't be done well from a distance.
Outside the GTA? Remote design, architecture, and advisory services are available worldwide through Services & Support.
What Deployment Costs
Every project is different. A 6-AP office is not a 60-AP warehouse. A Protect retrofit is not a ground-up Access deployment. We quote based on scope, complexity, site conditions, and timeline.
What we don't do: lowest-bidder pricing, vague estimates, or scope creep. Every quote includes documented deliverables, clear timelines, and defined acceptance criteria.

Tell us about the project — site, scope, timeline, and whether you're an end client or partner firm. We'll respond with honest guidance on what's involved and whether we're the right fit.
